| Refunds: 30-day guarantee for unused courses (excludes completed certifications) |
| Chargebacks: Result in immediate service termination |
Waste Institute is not liable for:
| Indirect damages (lost profits, data loss) |
| Third-party content accuracy (e.g., partner promotions) |
| Certification recognition by local employers |
We may suspend accounts for:
